Waiver of Liability and Acknowledgment of Risk

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the Caribbean Tri Camp is entirely at your own risk. You understand that triathlon-related activities—including but not limited to swimming in open water, cycling on public roads, and running in hot and potentially uneven terrain—carry inherent risks that may result in physical injury, illness, property damage, or death.

By applying to attend the Caribbean Tri Camp, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with your participation and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the camp organizers, coaches, volunteers, event staff, sponsors, and any other individuals or entities involved in the planning and execution of the camp from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, disability, or death that may occur as a result of your participation.

You also confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate and are responsible for your own equipment, health, hydration, and safety at all times. Additionally, you agree to fulfill your payment obligations and understand that your spot is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
