Pool Swim: Technique Focus
Engage in a 4-hour pool session dedicated to refining your swim technique, with expert coaching to enhance your skills and build a solid foundation.
Pool swim: Bridging Pool and Open Water
Continue your training with another 4-hour pool session, building on Day 1’s techniques and beginning to bridge the gap between pool swimming and open water experiences.
For those that have energy left there is the opportunity to join our runclub for some intervals in the evening!
Run & Swim: Easy Run & Open Water Session
Kick off our camp day with the option to join a refreshing morning run as you take in the stunning island scenery.
The official camp begins at 4 PM, where you'll transition into an open water session that bridges your pool knowledge into the ocean environment. After an exhilarating day, enjoy dinner followed by an overview of the weekend camp and an engaging conversation.
Start early with an dynamic bike ride in Westpunt, focusing on climbing and descending skills as you take in the island's breathtaking views. After breakfast overlooking the azure ocean, gather for a discussion where valuable insights will be shared. Then we head out for an open water swim to Turtle Beach—where you may encounter sea turtles!
In the afternoon, enjoy options for an island tour, relax on the beach, or dive into the crystal-clear waters for a scuba diving adventure.
A-to-B Aquathlon Finale
On our final day, experience an A-to-B aquathlon featuring a scenic trail run, followed by a leap into the ocean at Directors Bay. Swim over a sunken tugboat to reach Caracabaai Beach, run through the saltpans, and culminate your adventure with a swim around the sea aquarium. We’ll celebrate our journey together with a BBQ at Chill Beach Bar!

We warmly welcome coaches to join us at the Caribbean Tri Camp! This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with fellow athletes, enhance your coaching skills, and be part of an inspiring community dedicated to triathlon excellence. Come share your knowledge, motivate participants, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as we train together in paradise!
